Refund policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

If after 60 days of consistent use and tracking your progress you don’t feel it’s helping you break the habit, just reach out. We’ll make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us immediately at support@breatheaer.com, and we’ll take care of it.

3. exchanges

If you'd like a different flavor or product variation, the fastest way is to contact us and tell us about your situation and we will find the best solution to it.

4. european union 14 day cooling off period

If you're in the European Union, you're also entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

5. refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether your refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: banks and card issuers may take a few additional days to post the refund.
